Objective:
To deepen your understanding of wellness by reflecting on your current state of well-being.

Instructions

Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can reflect without distractions. Take a few deep breaths to center yourself. Use a journal or a piece of paper to answer the following questions:

Physical Wellness

How would you describe your current physical health? Consider factors such as diet, exercise, sleep, and any existing health conditions. xtraCoach Example: "I would rate my physical health as moderate. I try to eat well, but I could improve my exercise routine and get more consistent sleep."

Mental Wellness

How would you rate your mental well-being? Do you feel stressed, anxious, or generally content and fulfilled? Example: "I've been feeling more stressed lately due to work, but overall, I'm content with my life."

Emotional Wellness

How do you manage your emotions? Do you feel in control of your feelings, or do you often feel overwhelmed? Example: "I try to practice mindfulness to manage my emotions, but I sometimes feel overwhelmed by stress."

Social Wellness

How would you describe your social connections and relationships? Do you feel supported and connected to others? Example: "I have a few close friends, but I could work on nurturing those relationships and expanding my social circle."

Spiritual Wellness

Do you have a sense of purpose or meaning in your life? Do you engage in activities that nurture your spiritual well-being? Example: "I find meaning in my work, but I could explore more spiritual practices to deepen my sense of purpose."

After answering the questions, take a few moments to reflect on your responses. Consider any patterns or areas of your well-being that you would like to improve.
Action Steps:
Based on your reflections, identify one or two areas of your wellness that you would like to focus on improving. Write down specific actions you can take to enhance your well-being in these areas.
